To help you get a clear picture of the value, we provide a 3-month trial — the first month is completely free and uncapped so we can accurately gauge usage and interest, then recommend the most suitable ongoing package. Pricing starts at £210 per month, which equates to at least 25 hours of experienced RVN time. The service runs from 7:30am to 10:30pm, making it a cost-effective way to support your team and clients

All that’s required is a small snippet of code added to your website – no plug-ins or add-ons needed. This can be quickly and easily implemented by your web developer, or if you have direct access to your site, our team can handle it for you free of charge

We adapt to your preferred way of working! Our team acts as an extension of yours and will happily align with your processes. By default, we aim to fully resolve a wide range of queries through Live Chat, such as price enquiries, registration questions, pet care advice, triage assessments, and client education. In emergencies, we promptly advise clients to call immediately to ensure the best care for their pets. For minor inquiries, we guide clients to relevant online resources or email your team on their behalf, allowing your reception staff to address these efficiently in batches at a convenient time.

No, we only include ‘true’ chats in your package. This means that chats that are started but do not engage with us or those who leave before our response are NOT included in your package. In addition to this, we do not charge for conversations with the same client about the same issue within 24 hours
